Features unigue “through-the-weave” one piece construction comprising a circular woven high tenacity polyester reinforcement totally encapsulated in a tough vulcanised rubber cover and lining. The integral woven construction imparts extremely high tensile strength to withstand all practical loading conditions.
Manufactured in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems. Raw materials, components, and finished products are rigorously tested and inspected to ensure excellent product reliability.
Flexible joins
Repairs to damaged hoses or hose extensions can be performed by the team at Rainer irrigation. This process involves the joining of the internal weaves which is then encased in a Special vulcanising rubber supplied by the manufacturer. These joins must be over 20% (of the hose length) in from one the end of the hose.
